Heerenveen 4-0 Middlesbrough

Nice pre season win, albeit Boro were down to 10 men after 9 minutes :puzzled:

Can't read too much into pre-season though, as Liverpool got hammered 5-0 by Mainz, 2-0 by Grasshoppers, and lost against German 2nd division Kaiserslautern, all with pretty strong sides out.

Yeah, what a great goal from Luke Summerfield, on his debut as well, and he's only 18.
Let's hope there's more from where that came from from him.

SiMoN! 09-08-2006 07:46 PM

I went down to Brighton last night and we lost 1-0, good first half performance but a pathetic second half, being a true fan though i'll still be making the long trip to Bradford on Saturday though.

You can rely on Barry Hayles to score a few goals and all.One of my all time favourite Stevenage players.

Our local radio station are doing online commentary for all our league games now.As Luton,Watford,MK Dons and Wycombe are in higher leagues they get more coverage so this is good for us.

sol 10-08-2006 01:32 PM

Yeah Barry Hayles scored on his Argyle debut against Wolves too.

pedersen06 10-08-2006 03:53 PM
