and then Day brings up the rumors of how Victoria would have beaten him and Paulie just blames it on the weird dynamic in BB16 and how they would have looked foolish if they did it, but at least now he and Cody both have a ride or die they'll do anything for.

:shrug: It's pretty respectable that Cody chose loyalty and doesn't regret it. And it's true the BB16 cast would've looked foolish if they voted Victoria to win in the end.
