Tiger Prawn & Lemo mayo sandwich on brown & Salt & Vinegar Square crisps

Homemade Chicken Dhansak* with rice & fresh coriander

* My dad makes the most amazing Dhansak EVER and he just dropped off a tub for me- we do swopsies, I gave him some of my homemade spicy beef stew to take home..

Homemade Dhansak sounds gorgeous. Does your Dad pass my house, I wonder? I could microwave him something in return. Quid pro quo and all that...

Had guests for lunch so made a chicken balti and a chicken madras, with basmati and pilau rice with plain and peshwari naan. (Didn't want anyone to think I had it all to myself). Finished it off for my dinner. :D
