That's what I do! I set stuff up to record and then start watching about 15/20 mins in so I can zoom through the breaks and not actually be far behind :laugh:

Same as Vicky, my engineer actually brought our pack out with him with the card and everything :/ Maybe yours will too? Or I reckon you'll get the welcome pack before he comes on Monday, SKY are pretty efficient with things like that :)

Something I have never tried...you know if you put something on and its halfway through, can you rewind it to the start? or do you have to have had that channel on the whole time to do that?

i never use the rewind thing really...

Nah you can't :( I've missed programmes before or joined them part way through and tried. What you can do is if it's like halfway through an hour long programme and you leave it on that channel and hit record, it will record the whole thing from the beginning. If that makes sense :laugh:

Really? I did that with bad girls the other day, and it started half way through on the recording :(

You need to catch it before it gets a certain amount of time through the program I think, like less than halfway and then leave it on that channel, it works for me that way. Or just not forget about the program being on in the first place or use series link :p
