One thing that worked really well for me was chicken cuppa-soup

I had one while I was unwell and felt soooo good afterwards. The steam unblocks you and the heat (daft as it sounds) soothes the cough/throat :love:

I don't have a cold but I have phlegm that is lingering at the back of my throat and no matter how much I cough, I can't budge it. :(

when people keep going on about the weather. yes ok, there's sun. How long have you flipping been on planet earth? have you never seen or felt the sun before, or even went on holiday when it was cold here? yes you have, now shut it, wear shorts and tank and just get the **** out and enjoy. Stop going on about how warm it is and how blessed we are the sun exists.
