Apparently one of the best things to do is write things down. Especially if they are troubling you. Do you have a mate/family member you could share it with? Or maybe someone annonymous?

I think it's good to write, I didn't sit and read it over after I wrote it, I just wrote everything that came to mind, saved it and closed it. Kind of therapeutic, really. I'm not really one to offload my problems onto other people and it's not even a problem that anyone could help me with, so in my mind there's no point in sharing it with somebody else. That said, posting it anonymously somewhere might be an idea, I'll maybe do that somewhere down the line, as I expect this will continue to be an issue for a while yet. Tricky situation.

I had such a weird nightmare that I don't want to go back to sleep, it was just really horrible. Gonna play that game Andy suggested I DL, I feel so weird now though.
