When a grown ass man pisses all over the toilet seat and floor and blames it on the child

when a grown ass man has no self control and has to make 3 meals after everyone has went to bed and leaves the giant ****ing mess for babysitter to clean up

when a grown ass man lies about how rich his family is and how big of a deal they are but has no money and always borrows from babysitter and never pays back

when a grown ass man leaves half full cans of beer all over the house and spills them without cleaning and leaves for babysitter to clean

Ammi 04-09-2014 02:26 PM

Marsh. 04-09-2014 02:28 PM

..CBT is a great way to understand typical behaviour patterns which does help Marsh....quite often we are our own worst enemies and our own worst critiques....

I was offered CBT from my doctor a few months back but didn't take it, would you recommend it?

...it's something that I've found really amazing but I guess it depends on the person...if your GP has suggested it I think it would be worth trying and if you don't think it's helpful or working then you can always just say..?...it kind of links things through associations to help you understand your thought processes and then in doing that, you're much more able to understand emotions irritations/annoyances etc...I could probably talk about it endlessly and really bore you....but if you are thinking about it and what to talk or ask anything then just let me know ok...

You'll regret asking when those flood gates open. :hehe:

But, yeah, I've just been reading up about it and apparently they help you change your behaviour patterns bit by bit and assign you little "tasks".

Scary. :worry:

..no I won't regret it at all, but yeah I guess your behaviour pattern changes because you understand more where things are coming from and in understanding it helps to diffuse feelings/annoyances etc... and it could be something really small that you weren't even conscious of and not the thing that you actually thought you were irritated by but someting you weren't aware of has associated your thoughts to a 'familiar'/association which has caused the emotion...those kind of 'irrational' annoyances especially......

Marsh. 04-09-2014 09:53 PM

Yes, irrational fears sounds familiar.
