I will tell you Gary

We have become a country that pays you £1,500,000 per year for doing a 1.5 hour football show once a week

when the average Ukrainian gets £8,000 a year

Those things are irrelevant to the question being asked.

Ukraine's president has aired his frustration on Twitter over the missile strike on the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Centre in Kyiv.

It is built on Europe's largest mass grave of the Holocaust, where Nazi death squads killed more than 33,000 Jewish people in the space of just two days in 1941.

Volodymyr Zelensky tweeted on Tuesday, saying: "What is the point of saying 'never again' for 80 years, if the world stays silent when a bomb drops on the same site of Babyn Yar? At least five killed. History repeating."

Not really sure what the government is afraid of in widening its offer to refugees. Do we think we're such an attractive destination that every single one of them will come here instead of staying in mainland Europe closer to their families and home country? I think in practice it would mainly be those with family ties who came to the UK anyway so I don't think there's much to lose by matching the EU policy

Since when has there been a big terror threat from Ukraine especially amongst what will be mainly woman and children?

MTVN 01-03-2022 04:47 PM

Ukraine has organised a highly effective resistance to an invasion by one of the biggest armies in the world basically on the fly and we can't even organise a refugee policy

A very nice, sweet guy.

He reminds me of Trump in a way, neither of them like war. Difference between them is. Trump would stand up to those that engaged in it with power. Jezza would leave us as sitting ducks.

His political beliefs don't alter what Johnson is saying on the video.

For example - you've agreed with the government line that human rights lawyers protecting vulnerable people are the dangerous lawyers, but here's a conservative MP, completely nailing it.
