Tanya's just changing lately, and I miss the old Tanya. I still want her to take revenge but I just don't like this Tanya/Max/Sean love triangle thing.

MORE bovver for EastEnders – another Mitchell is bound for Walford.

Archie, played by Larry Lamb, 60, is Ronnie and Roxy’s dad and the younger brother of Peggy’s dead hubby Eric.

The soap’s chief Diederick Santer said: “Archie is a Mitchell through and through.”

True to form, Peggy will fall for the rough diamond when he arrives this summer.

MONEY-mad Clare makes Bradley her next target as he celebrates landing a well-paid job. They share a steamy embrace on the dancefloor in R&R * leaving Stacey seething with jealousy!

"Clare sees Bradley as someone she can manipulate into earning money for her!" says Gemma Bissix, who plays her. "It is purely about cash at the moment. Bradley is love-sick, pathetic and a bit of an easy ride as far as Clareąs concerned!"

At the start of the week, Bradley chats about how to spend his new wealth with Mickey, Gus and Clare * whose eyes light up at the mere mention of money!

That night, they all go to R&R to celebrate. The guys ogle Clare, who once again is dressed to thrill. Mickey and Gus reckon she is out of their league, but chancer Garry tries to pull her.

When Clare spots Bradley she quickly gives Garry the brush-off. She asks Bradley to pretend he is her new boyfriend to stop the other lads leering at her.

Stacey is in the club with Steven and watches aghast as Clare slips Bradley's arm round her waist and whispers in his ear. Stacey flips and storms off!

Later, Stacey is stunned to see Clare and Bradley walking home from the club together. Clare fixes Stacey with a steely glare, then smiles smugly!

"Clare is deliberately winding Stacey up," reveals Gemma. "She is competition for Bradley's affections, so needs showing who's boss!"

EastEnders star Rob Kazinsky has vowed to "aim for the top" when he leaves the soap later this year.

The actor announced that he had quit his role as Sean Slater on the BBC One show in January. He will continue filming until his contract expires in October.

"I'd love to be the next James Bond or do any kind of film with loads of action in it," Rob told the Daily Star. "I'm a fully-trained stuntman so that's something I would love to do. There are so many things I want to try. I haven't done theatre, comedy, presenting or even films.

"It is a huge risk to leave a well-paid, regular job, but I have always been a bit stupid! I will go over to America for six months to a year and see how it goes. I will aim for the top. If I fail, then at least I can say I tried. I'm aiming high - but why not?"

Kazinsky also promised that his character will be involved in plenty of dramatic storylines over the next few months.

"Sean is about to get darker than ever," he explained. "He's been more like a blancmange recently, he's been that soft! But he's about to get seriously twisted."

EastEnders' scrap plans for Spain episodes
Sunday, March 9 2008, 11:32 GMT

By Daniel Kilkelly, Entertainment Reporter

EastEnders producers have been forced to scrap plans to film a week's worth of episodes in Spain.

Chiefs had hoped to send the Mitchell family abroad for a special summer storyline, but they were told that it would not be possible due to cutbacks at the BBC.

"There's been a lot of cost-cutting recently and they couldn't justify taking the Mitchells abroad," an insider told the Daily Star Sunday. "They then hoped to keep the same dates and take them to Norfolk but it was even dearer. They're now looking at the south coast.

"The Mitchells are the most popular family in soap, so everyone is excited about filming the special episodes which will be shown in July."
Aw! :( It would have been good to see some episodes away from the square, especially with the Mitchells!
