I reckon Smithy just wants Brittany and Santana to get on with the lesbian affair!

Never seen this thread before?! Has it always been here!

Hope it isn't too long of a wait before season 3 starts... Am always looking forward to a new episode of Glee every week... can't wait for the last few episodes and to see what kind of stuff they do at nationals.

Yes. Lol. Now if you could drag Claudia, Smithy and Caitlin in here from The Asylum that would be grand.

Oh you remembered this thread existed then!

Benjamin 02-05-2011 09:04 PM

How come you don't use this thread btw?

Smithy 02-05-2011 09:06 PM

 just seems like effort jumping from thread to thread when it's easier to just stay in the asylum

Even though this is the discussion thread, your post count counts in here and (I can't remember my third thing).

Smithy 02-05-2011 09:08 PM

-doesnt want a higher post count-

Lewis. 02-05-2011 09:10 PM

hehe... 'Rumours' airs tomorrow in America I think.. doesn't it? Am always confused about the time lapse in between - just watch the episodes online when they appear!

Tom4784 02-05-2011 10:03 PM

I can sum up Series 2 of Glee like this:

BAM! THAT HAPPENED! SO DID THIS! RANDOM SONG FOR NO REASON! THIS ALSO HAPPENED! GO AWAY GWYNETH PALTROW YOU'VE KILLED THE NOVELTY OF YOUR EXISTENCE!

Things just happen for no reason and rhyme and it's becoming more apparent that they just write bad storylines centred around the songs instead of the opposite way around. It's an hour long advert for whatever album they're bringing out next.

LemonJam 04-05-2011 08:45 PM

Before I watched this episode I thought about how compeltley irrelevant Sam is as a character. Like, he's by far the most forgettable, but this episode finally bought some kind of story into him.

Lewis. 04-05-2011 09:31 PM

Wasn't a bad episode... a little bit sleepy but it went quickly. Wonder who's gonna die in the 'funeral' episode.

Smithy 04-05-2011 09:34 PM

I'm 99% sure it's

Spoiler:

Sue's sister Jean

:(

Lewis. 04-05-2011 09:43 PM

:( Dear of her... just can't see Glee touching such a serious subject.. will take the light heartedness out of it all... I had a feeling that it would be someone who wasn't really a main character but was thinking more along the lines of April or someone.

Smithy 04-05-2011 09:49 PM

Noo, they can't kill of April she's amazing D:

Apparently theres pictures of Sue on the set of the funeral and Beckys mum has been cast, so it'd make sense

Question:
Is it just me or is the whole Rachel is a complete stuck up selfish bitch at the beginning of an episode and then by the end she learns her lesson and then the fact she is back to her annoying self again by the next episode annoying anyone? It is like pretty much all of the episodes bar a few and its just getting a little boring for me to be honest.

I generally quite like glee its just getting a little repetitive.

Ninastar 06-05-2011 01:40 PM

yeah glee kinda fails in continuity

Glee's version of Friday....

Why they're even covering this horrible song is beyond me :bored:

They also did a pretty rubbish job of Adele's Rolling In the Deep, it would have been slightly better as a Rachel solo.

Smithy 07-05-2011 09:10 PM

The Rachel solo of this ep is amazing  but yeah those two are terrible :/

They're doing more GaGa soon! :amazed:

Agreed, I love the original Christina Perri version and was quite surprised to hear Glee were going to cover it because it's a relatively unknown song anywhere other than the US but Rachel does an amazing job of it.

Wow even more, Ryan Murphy really must love her  Are they doing Judas or a new song from Born This Way?
