Hello candidates.

For the third time, Joe has been the Top Candidate, but Ross and Kieran have been holding powers that nobody else knows about.

As this is their last time to use it, I will tell you what each their powers are:

Ross was able to strip anyone of their BPV after they have won it.

Kieran was able to to have a Bullet Proof Vest to use at any time and cannot be removed by Ross's power.

As Kieran is out, he sent me a U2U before requesting I let him use his power.

Soforth Ross, I will ask you, would you like to remove Eoins Bullet Proof Vest or not use your power?
