Got votes from 4 out of 5 judges. Clear majority for one team. The other is deadlocked. Have to wait for the 5th judge :pipe: |

Oh, just seen the twist.
My nomination would have been for Lee who was hardly online at all for the sales, may have been busy but then she shouldn't have accepted the budget and sales role that we gave her as that was a really important factor of this task. She did help with product selection which was helpful, but out of the three of my team mates she contributed the least to this task. |

You both made an excellent contribution to the task, and it's purely circumstantial that you are in this Boardroom today. Go back to the house and prepare for the next task. I hope at least one of you can sustain this level of performance enough to see you through to the final. Apple202..... You didn't contribute a great deal to this task, then again you weren't the only one. Your sales figures were mediocre in comparison to both your male team mates. I was disappointed most because you have been a strong and consistent candidate from the start and for this task I felt you let your team down. Munchkins..... Your contribution to this task was scant, and this was reflected in the fact that your sales total was the lowest in your team. You are a very strong motivator, and your team could have done with more from you on this campaign. Right, it's a very tough decision and we as a panel have taken all your previous efforts into consideration and feel that the better all round candidate (by a very narrow margin by the way) should stay. Although we will be expecting this person to pull their socks up considerably or they may not survive the next cut. With the greatest of regret... Munchkins, You're fired! I'll deal with Team Pioneer shortly. |

Both of you have been put firmly in the shade from day one of this process, by your team-mates ukturtle and Vanessa. At times, I have sensed a lack of enthusiasm and commitment on both your parts. Again, because we are approaching the merge of the teams now, the panel deliberated long and hard on both your past performances. One of you stands out more than the other. With the utmost regret therefore, I reluctantly have to say.... Lee, You're Fired! |
