It's because it's become too predictable - they know that something is bound to happen.

I do think that Luisa made it uncomfortable by calling her a twat. I don't really like Toya but that was disrespectful and as an employee of Big Brother she should keep it professional and not make it personal. It should be the same for every housemate. I hope she gets told off to be honest.

Luisa is obviously threatened by other women who are as assertive as she is. Hence why she called Toya a twat, she had to outdo her by saying it in front of her because she see's herself as an alpha-female.
