By "banned"members do you mean perma banned, or currently banned for a brief period?

Permanently banned, I was considering allowing them but it'd probably cause more hassle than it's worth to include them. Nah there's a range of nominations jedward fever, three is just the minimum to qualify for the shortlist of 50 users. Plus round two counts just as much as round one, if not more so, so the number of nominations atm isn't so important, just that they have three to qualify.
