Wow an assistant that's lasted three series, I don't think that's happened in the new series yet hasn't it? I hope Rory's back too.

And No, Apart from Amy, Rose was the longest serving Companion. However, The longest serving partners (Same Doctor and Companion for more than a Series) since 2005 are The 11th Doctor and Amy Pond.

Karen Gillan has confirmed she will return for Series 7.

Series 6.2 will air in the UK from 27th August! :amazed:

The BBC Have released a new trailer for Doctor Who Series Six Part 2 featuring new footage.

Can I ask why there is another Doctor Who thread when we already have one?

I love them for so many different reasons because I have so many memories associated with them."

Smith recently insisted that Doctor Who's 50th anniversary in 2013 must be "an event".

Doctor Who returns to BBC America in the US on August 27 and will air on the same day on BBC One in the UK.

The trailer is amazing.

I caught it on TV before Torchwood, it looks even better on a bigger screen.
