I don't think they should've let him anywhere near that mic. The guy is malice without reason, never mind when something has really got under his skin.

Yeah you've got a point, I suppose BOTS like their controversial and outspoken figures but they didn't expect him to go that far

MaratSafinForever 12-11-2011 08:46 PM

They like controversial figures, as long as their word doesn't go against the grain. If those words were spoken of Alex, an uproar would've occurred.

I do expect him to return to the show, I don't think for one moment that will stop them from bringing the clown back.

At the end of the day Pete Burns is one of lifes 'mememe' characters. Cannot bring himself to praise anyone or give them credit.
He is so self absorbed that unless the attention is on him...he is not interested.
Why else does he do the things to himself that he has....he likes to look different...draw attentio to himself. He would not give credit to anyone if it takes away his limelight.....One very sad individual...

Pete Burns

1hit wonder in 1984, anything else em nope!

Narcistic, arrogant, egotistical c**k. Why anyone would care what he has to say I just don't understand. He always believes he is right and no one else can have an opinion. He's not funny, clever or remotely entertaining. I would rather hear a dull MPs opinions that have some intelligence rather than this moronic idiot.

That question made me cringe it epitomised the disgusting excuse of a human being he is. Perhaps he should look in the mirror and ask himself some deeper questions like why do I have to be so nasty to grasp at what little fame I have.

Surely though C5 checked what the questions were going to be first, if so that was seriously out of order C5!

I believe Emma Willis' behaviour suggusted she was concerned about the question, but yes I agree this was a Ch 5 "error" for allowing Pete to dish out his venom, perhaps coz they thought it was justified?

BigBrotherfan4ever 12-11-2011 10:34 PM

I really like Pete Burns, I think he is really funny with cutting comments, but lastnight he went way to far, how dare he ask what kinda childhood did Aaron have, he was bang out of order.

It was Ch5 who was out of order, moreover the psychologists who were employed by the show and could have their BPS and HPC registration whipped away from them.

That means they won't be able to practice as psychologists anymore.
Methinks they should think twice about pretending to be a professional in a reality circus such as BB. It has it's place in the media but you cannot account for the likes of Ch5 allowing Pete Burns leaking into the show and causing harm.

Your post sums that idiot up nicely. I have always thought him to be a bitter, nasty person. I have never seen or got his appeal.

Somebody should ask what happened in his life that made him want to look like a scream mask that's been kicked through superdrug.

Tourmaline 13-11-2011 12:09 AM

You know what I think is even more sad? The fact that Pete Burns was trending on Twitter today with loads of tweets telling him he is a legend and well done for asking that question on BOTS

Probably the same idiots saying it was a fix.

Yes you're right. I'm gobsmacked at the level of hatred and bile that so many people seem to carry around. When will they realise that ultimately it can only hurt themselves

Mystic Mock 13-11-2011 12:47 AM

Pete Burns behaved like a twat but Aaron just has to think of the fact that he won his series while Pete lost to a none celeb in Cryandtelle, thats why Pete probably came out with that question because his jealous of The Lords win.

00Jamie00 13-11-2011 01:58 AM

If they let Aaron have the same amount of time on BOTS next series like they let Josie as the reigning winner of Big Brother, Pete Burns won't be anywhere near the show

Vanessa 13-11-2011 06:16 PM

I like Pete, but that comment was out of order.:nono::nono:

What do you like about him?

I find it slightly amusing that some people have commented much like yourself.

Pete Burns is known for being malicious with his words, so what is there to like about him, if you didn't like this particular comment?

And that is a genuine question.

He can be funny.:xyxwave: But he crossed the line with this comment. :nono:

I still think that the BBOTS people knew what questions were going to be asked. Pete thought he was playing the panto villain (for a few moments in front of the camera), but the whole evening was in keeping with the nasty and trashy style of BB this year.

So many people that I previously thought were okay: Emma, Alice, Brian, Jamie (I could go on), seemed to sell their souls for the sake of the party line i.e. that Aaron must not win at all costs. As the series progressed, they got more and more vile because it became clear that Aaron could win. The same attitude of negative hysteria developed on this forum and the anti-Aaron posts became more and more ridiculous.

I thought it was very telling that Emma kept repeating to Aaron that she 'couldn't work (him) out', it was feeble back-peddling in a moment where she seemed to realise that she was part of a horrible, deeply uncool dog show. Meanwhile, Aaron sat there looking like a pint-sized Armani model, leaving most of the BB people looking ugly on the inside and on the outside.

Superb, I thought Emma Willis came across as deeply uncomfortable during her interview, and it was nothing to do with the size of her baby bump, but more to do with sitting opposite a genuinely nice guy, who just happened to love Big Brother, who just happened against the odds to win... who had been treated abysmally by the show...its funny how now the tide is turnining and everyone is saying Aaron is a nice guy...D S reporter, Fayes Mum...Im sure the list will become endless...

He did seem genuinely nice, as though he was the only one there who had any idea how to behave or understood good manners. Aaron was not all sweetness and light (who would want that?); he had a sharp tongue and was moody, but his bullsh*t detector never failed him or us.
