No way was I making any point negative to MTVN, I study law and marital law has fascinated me as we go through it.

I was just pointing out that adultery is not what is happening with Aaron and Faye because Aaron and his wife have broken up and there is no marital home they share now.
If Aaron was being taken for adultery in this instance, it would be his defence lawyers dream to fight that accusation against him, as it has not in the slightest any strength to it whatsoever,so a very easy victory and won case.

My point solely was to point out that in no way was Aaron committing adultery.

Adultery-voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his or her lawful spouse.

Of course we are assuming they have had sex.

I love the way the thread about the loser Jay, has turned into a thread about the Winner, Aaron.

And being a Winner....Aaron can shag who he wants and when he wants as long as they want it.

Thems the rules.

Correct.

Faye seems to be the chosen ones pick to end his drought with so those who were hoping they'd be the lucky ones will just have to get over it I'm afraid.

Jay had little to no support on here when Big Brother was on. The polls don't lie.

He didn't even have a fan club on here 'til the last few weeks as MTVN thought he'd be the only one in it. :joker:

You may wish to know that there is a big wide world outside of this forum;)

Well that's a bit ironic seeing as you've talked about Jay more than anyone since the series has finished, maybe you should stick to discussing the housemate that you support

With the benefit of hindsight people have come to see what a great housemate Jay really was

What a genuine relationship...not at all exagerrated for media attention/money..

what's ironic? Being on a thread discussing Jay? . :joker:

I didn't realise that we had to only discuss housemates that we supported.

Maybe you should stop telling forum members which housemates they should be posting about or not - am very surprised that a mod would actually advocate such a thing, seeing as it would effectively kill the forum off.

Great PR job you're doing for a BB forum!!! :joker:

Obviously the only reason I said such a thing was because you had tried to mock Jay fans by saying "those supporting Jay can't even stick to talking about the person they like/support !!!" when that seems to be a problem you yourself have, thought that was clear :conf:

Understand now? :idc:

See, I'd have thought that sticking to the topic of convo would have been something you'd have wanted to promote, rather than telling fms who they should be posting about.

No mocking at all. It's called being honest, upfront and stating the obvious. A thread about Jay has been turned into a thread about Aaron - by those who support Jay. Now THAT is what is called irony.

Understand now? :idc:

Actually you aren't moderating......you are trying to tell fms who they should and should not be commenting about : that's not moderating - so why would I have an issue about that? I don't.

I'm happy to dicuss Aaron on a thread about Jay if that's the overall consensus of opinion. More than happy.

I'm equally as happy though discussing Jay. I'm pretty easy going that way.

Of course we are assuming they have had sex.

In the context of your post that is correct if they still share the same house, however you omit an important fact.
The point is with their separation and not now living in the same house, they are no longer classified as a viable married couple, there is no marital home they share and clearly an already long term separation has been in place.

It would be assumed no reconciliation is possible and therefore although they cannot marry until officially divorced, they are no longer termed an active married couple.

In law, Aaron and Faye or evn Aaron's wife and another now moving in together would 'not' be seen as adultery.
Even had any of them had sex or not.

Adultery is usually grounds 'for' divorce, not an issue that arises after one person has left the matrimonial home, plus a legal or agreed separation is in force and also ,(as there clearly is in this instance),there is a clear breakdown of the marriage.

In truth, except for the legal freedom to marry, Aaron is as free as Jay is as to forming relationships, I hope all 4 of them go on to have long relationships,I was clearly wrong on Jay's and Louise's attraction to eah other,so really good luck to them all.

And I replied with the very top reply. Given that we never know when mods are wearing 'general posting fms hats' or wearing their 'mod hat'.... I covered all bases.

So.... going on the mod hat then.... I take it it's okay for me to be commenting about Jay if I want to?
