I don't think so. I think they give out an infraction first.

Because it's posted in the Ban list and it says Banned under his name and he doesn't post while he's banned.

Ive just read it, it doesnt say alex was banned at all recently , despite swearing repeatedly at me several times. dont you think swearing at posters repeatedly is worthy of a ban?
