I've never been sure on Big Brother why its so bad to admit to wanting to win the money. The biggest accusation you can have tossed against you in this show is that 1) you are there for the money and 2) you have a gameplan.
Every one must claim to be their for the experience or whatever and have no interest in winning and no interest in the money. It's such bollocks. At the end of the day, if this show existed without the prize money attached, how may of the contestants ever would have entered the house? And those that did would be essentially be fame ***** imo. That's somehow better? The pious "I'm not here for the money" mantra just makes me roll my eyes every year.
