An almost perfect game, the result was predictable but i'm just hoping Walcott isn't too badly injured.

Chuck 04-01-2014 06:12 PM

Seriously don't get this rivalry at all.

Drew. 04-01-2014 06:18 PM

What don't you get about it?

Chuck 04-01-2014 06:31 PM

Aren't Arsenal incomparably bigger than Spurs?

Drew. 04-01-2014 06:36 PM

They've always been in our shadow yes

Chuck 04-01-2014 06:48 PM

Well, I suppose both clubs being from North London should be enough to create a rivalry but It feels weird really, almost like Arsenal never need to make much effort to beat them.

Drew. 04-01-2014 06:51 PM

The games between us in the past have usually been close and really entertaining but when it comes to the league they've never been able to outdo us.

It's supposedly because Arsenal weren't originally a north-London side: they moved from somewhere else, and it was seen as infringing on Tottenham turf I guess

Chuck 04-01-2014 10:44 PM

^^ Now I get why I've read some Spurs fans referring to Arsenal as Woolwich.

and lmao @ Vermaelen

I hope it's something he can never recover from. Perhaps sepsis and gangrene
