Zaha spotted at Villa Park

BBfanUSA 10-01-2014 01:11 AM

Wow, AS Roma bought Bradley for 3 Million Euro and sold him for 7 1/2 Million Euro a Year and a half later,

The Deal for Bradley is 10 million USD.

Update: I'm seeing that He's in the US right now, going to the USMNT training camp with some other MLS based USMNT players for the World Cup then join TFC's Training Camp in Feb to prepare for the MLS Season to start in March

Defoe will stay with Tottenham until March which then he'll join Toronto.

Some big transfer news coming in from the second best league in the world

Having signed Lee Cook, Mikael Dahlberg & Dennis Souza, Lawrie Sanchez is now moving for Darren Ambrose in his bid to keep Apollon in the SL

Samaras also expected to move from Celtic this window

Novo 10-01-2014 09:02 AM

Not surprised Samaras is off he has been frozen out the team all lately, he's always had love/Hate relationship with the fans

Hull have announced they have agreed a fee with Everton for Jelavic

Novo 10-01-2014 10:42 PM

surely they can't play Jelavic and Sagbo together

Drew. 10-01-2014 10:44 PM

Anythings better than Danny Graham

King Gizzard 10-01-2014 10:44 PM

5-8m..apparently..not even worth half that never was

Novo 10-01-2014 10:48 PM

he will be a better player at hull i think, slower paced football then Everton so he can get away with saving energy and just playing off the last man most of the game which is what he is great at

Novo 10-01-2014 10:50 PM

still can't see him and Sagbo playing together though, somethings got to give

Press Conference at 10 AM my time (Central time zone)

King Gizzard 13-01-2014 02:38 PM

Chelsea selling De Bruyne for 20m..he's a great player but that's a great deal for them

and they're buying back Matic from Benfica for roughly the same price, it's quite funny though because Benfica bought 5 or Serbians just to keep Matic happy, even his brother who now plays for their B side Lol

King Gizzard 13-01-2014 02:43 PM

and through all those who I speak to who watch a bit of Portugese football they say he could be the difference between them winning or losing the title, he's that good now

BBfanUSA 13-01-2014 03:44 PM

The Toronto FC Press Conference is for Defoe and Micheal Bradley. They're both there and in the flesh. It's a bloody Big Deal as Toronto FC is calling it.

Drew. 13-01-2014 03:47 PM

Dont think i've ever seen Matic play.. well i have watched Benfica in the past couple of years but cant remember seeing him.

Saw the Defoe press conference, he seems really up for it and he's still in sharp form, can see him being a big success over in the MLS

Drew. 13-01-2014 03:47 PM

Jonás Gutiérrez joins Norwich from Newcastle on loan until the end of the season

BBfanUSA 13-01-2014 03:51 PM

The MLS Should have a interesting season when it starts. Toronto was near the bottom last year. Wonder where there will end up?

Drew. 13-01-2014 03:54 PM

are they likely to sign anyone else?

BBfanUSA 13-01-2014 03:59 PM

I don't think TFC will, They might go over the Cap limit that the MLS has in place to help with Parity (Bradley and Defoe don't go against it, They're both probably Designated Players, which don't count against the cap limit. A Team is allowed only 3. I think they signed some Brazilian Free Agent as a DP eariler in the window)

Drew. 13-01-2014 04:03 PM

The MLS will be full of ageing players soon from Europe.. i expect quite a few players who are in their 30s over here to end up in America soon.. especially Lampard.

Brother Leon 13-01-2014 04:32 PM

Toronto is a cool place to live. If I was near the end of my career I would deffo consider it. Surprised Defoe went for it though.
