1. How wasn't he what we need? Shall we continue with tortoise Mata on the wing? We don't have a proper right winger. Aside from Valencia. Who barely qualifies as a footballer. Di Maria has also gone.

2. How have we signed plenty of players? Have you seen our team? We've spent a bomb and there isn't a single outfield world class player in the team. Schweinsteiger may qualify as world class depending on his fitness.

Our only world class player was sold after we splashed £59.7 million on him then Van Gaal later realised Di Maria is no good for a system where risk taking is frowned upon.

Our only world class player is De Gea really. And he wants to go, not that you can blame him.

2. Why is Woodward to blame? Could it not possibly be Van Gaal and his ridiculous obsession with Bale and Muller? Muller is basically the new Strootman.

3. Pedro wasn't always going to Chelsea at all. Chelsea were the first linked to him then it died down. United were in the lead and could of signed him ages ago. Instead we pissed about.

Also, we need more than a striker.

The negotiations do not start and end with him. Do you really think Van Gaal would allow Woodward to spend what he likes without consulting him? David Gill and Fergie worked together on deals. The same happens with Van Gaal and Woodward.

City wanted Godin but he wanted to remain at Atletico. Otamendi was City's second choice.

Real Madrid's quest each summer is to sign a galactico. This summer they've signed no galactico. There aren't any big names available. Next summer will be different due to the Euros.

Depay is a fantastic talent & will score us goals BUT we should have brought in a world class striker by now.

I've been critical of our transfer dealings, but there are no world class strikers available. Name who we should of gone for.


Pedro did not like the way LVG has treated certain Spanish players so he went to Chelsea. If Pedro really wanted to come to us he would be here.

How many times have we been told that Muller & Bale are not for sale yet we keep being linked to them. Woodward is great for getting commercial deals but when it comes to players he just fails.

It's Van Gaal pissing about after Muller and Bale. Not Woodward. Woodward has shown he can sign players. Stop purely blaming him. Van Gaal deserves blame as well. We could of had Otamendi and Pedro weeks ago if we'd wanted.


The Di Maria & Falcao signings last summer were purely for show. LVG never really looked like trusting them. How much say does LVG have in the signing of new players ?.

You think Van Gaal, of all people, has little say in our transfer dealings? No way. He fell out with the Bayern board because they wanted to sign Neuer and he didn't (yes, seriously, he didn't want Neuer!).

Arsenal never bring in many players & don't have the world class talent like City & Chelsea but they are seen as title contenders but we are not.
There is something clearly wrong for a club that makes so much money like we do yet have nothing to show for it.

We are seen as title contenders, though. Pundits and journalists do have us down as challenging. However, I highly doubt we will be.
