Well actually I think Grodner and another producer were interviewed towards the end of last season and said it's good because it gives them something to round Sunday's episode off with because they used to struggle content wise...but that's such a ****ing pathetic reason. I don't want to see another comp, I want to see character development and game talk. How lazy can you get?

I'm so excited for the cast reveal (as always), and the pressure cooker competiton combined with the HBDYWI element sounds great. However, BotB makes a return I'm literally not going to bother watching unless it somehow turns out amazing.

I think Battle of the Block works okay like last season when we have it for a few weeks, not majority of the season like in 16

I would not be opposed to it happening for 1 week in the new season, like a surprise week 3/4 twist

My main issue with BOTB is it looks ugly as **** on the Wikipedia tables. :whistle:

It finished at the right time last season but it still went on way too long

True but it was BB16's twist. It feels weird that they are going to repeat the 'two HoH, 4 nominees and BotB' twist for the next 2 seasons

At least they stuck to that twist and did not drop it in week 3 like the #BBTakeover lmfao

If it returns again, that's definitely the case

Lets be honest we will get the same old people; a couple of models who are recruits and think they are on the bachelor, the black lady who yells and has no game, the gay guy who acts up to the camera/has "witty" DR's who has no game, a female/male who over plays the game and is out before jury, some people who are fans but have no idea how to play, some people who are fans who waste it by getting in a pointless showmance, and some boring people who play the game under the rader by playing the safe middle and end up winning.

Can't wait for June 13 for them to reveal the return of the iconic dynamic duo April/Jenny :love:
