HA!

Well clearly it was one sided anyway

Jumps on any chance to paint someone else as TiBB's Biggest Mess but the torch is never going to be passed on, Adam

JerseyWins 29-12-2017 09:58 PM

I've decided I love Adam's approach to this thread.

JerseyWins 29-12-2017 09:58 PM

In a quick couple of minutes too.

I love his approach to TiBB tbh.

*Enter thread and be the contrarian to anything being said*

It's led to some pretty amazing threads tbh.

If you loved someone you wouldn't have to tell them every minute

:joker: Who does this?

What do you think is long enough to be in love with someone, Adam?

And what is the appropriate number of times per week we are permitted to tell them? :joker:

Marsh. 29-12-2017 10:03 PM

My mum was engaged to her boyfriend after less than three months and they celebrate 20 years of marriage next year.

You will know it's true love when your heart is actually in pain by not seeing or talking to them and the fact you would do anything for them no matter what love is a very special feeling and I believe it can only be used on 1 person

It's a feeling you develop for someone, not a dirty syringe.

So you can't love your family and friends simultaneously?

Denver 29-12-2017 10:07 PM

I believe you can only truly love one person in your life time

It's definitely achievable in three months for some and it doesn't make it less genuine.
And as for one person - well in reality is more complicated than that.
I wish I'd find the one and that it'll be the one, but you can never know how things develop.

You said you can only love one person, by that logic you don't love your friends (if applicable) or family at all?

Love =/= romantic.

y.winter 29-12-2017 10:10 PM

It's not math. There's nothing to be so strict about.
Some people (especially youngsters) do jump into conclusion very fast, but it doesn't mean this is how everyone works.

JerseyWins 29-12-2017 10:11 PM

"can only be used on one person" :laugh3:

Idk why but I pictured it being like some rare pokemon attack that could only be used one time. :joker:

Sorry to hear all that Lewis but as others have said you'll soon move on from him and find someone else  These experiences help shape us and make us stronger and better able to cope and it's a cliche to say it's better to have loved and lost but there's a lot of truth in it and when you stop feeling so sad over what happened you'll start to see the positives and look back on the happiness he gave you, however brief it was doesn't matter, it was still there and it'll be a memory to cherish.
