To be fair both parents are quite good looking, though that's hard to notice because both Kim and Kanye are bastiches.

That said, I don't know if Kim is good looking behind all that plastic surgery? If she hadn't given birth I wouldn't be surprised if she was really a bloke too!

He actually says some really decent things in his rambling but... it really is rambling. It almost looks like a vocalised stream of "racing thought" - like his thoughts have totally gone off the rails and he's just opening his mouth and out they all come. He definitely needs help but it seems that he flat out refuses medication and prefers to ride out these episodes... which at the end of the day is his choice... it just has a pretty dramatic impact when it's someone who actually has a large public platform.

I reckon he's been told so often by so many people that he's special that there's no way he's going to do anything but his own thing. And yeah, he does say some really decent things but did every tinpot dictator in history.

I hope he gets the help he needs or he's going to end up a big joke, and that'll be hard for him to take.
