There are millions and millions of people who haven't taken any vaccine, don't wear a mask and choose to ignore all the other rules. Why arne't they dead? Why is there still millions and millions of them?

i don't think it's embarrassing for the aussie government. They made their rules clear in November. The fact that the case was withdrawn was due to a procedural issue, not related to his vaccination status at all

Many many cases are thrown out across the world because procedures werent followed correctly

Yep and they didn't follow procedure properly because they wanted to make an example out of him as a PR stunt and to distract from the governments own problems right now, that's come back to bite them
