No, but it's the only Finnish club that has any chance of good results tbh. It's more supporting a Finnish football itself than club allegiance.

There is not really a club that I support.

Crimson Dynamo 26-08-2022 11:27 AM

Nicky91 26-08-2022 01:08 PM

FCSB are the second Steaua Bucharest btw, LT

but they cannot use that name because of copyrights from the other CSA Steaua which is owned by the royal army

Nicky91 26-08-2022 01:10 PM

Gent really got lucky there lol

good draw for Djurgarden as well from that same perspective, they are quite a decent team in sweden

Zalgiris not a chanceless first group of theirs i think, maybe not group win, obviously Basel but Slovan is not unbeatable and Pyunik well they are also tough, so could be a close call group that one for the 2nd place

Nicky91 26-08-2022 01:48 PM

loving this for FC Vaduz

fun facts about them

they got quite a few veterans in their team

Liechtenstein internationals too

Benjamin Buchel (GK) captain, with 48 appearances in national team

Nicolas Hasler (MID) 88 appearances in national team

Sandro Wieser (MID) 53 appearances in national team

and lols
if Vaduz want to play in the CL they have to
Quote:

1. win domestic cup
2. win conference league
3. win europa league
4. playing in cl group stage
.

they play in swiss challenge league btw, only club ever in a european group stage not to play at the highest level of football

Steaua Bucharest, not sure why they refer to them as FCSB these days (edit - never mind, just seen Nicky explained why lol)

Actually a bit of a group of death tbh, both Steaua and Anderlecht have a lot of European pedigree. I've been wanting to visit Bucharest anyway so might tie that in with our game depending on date, although not sure if visiting the same time as West Ham being in town would enhance the visit or not lol
