Did you see the picture of the bank? Its several feet sheer drop, it's winter, the water is freezing cold, she was wearing a coat that restricts the movement of her legs. Water is dangerous at the best of times, but those conditions make it almost inevitable that there would be a tragic outcome

if this was the case there would be thousands more drownings

clothes do not regularly drown people in small rivers

Hopefully she wasn’t wearing me of those ridiculous looking , long black coats ( they look like you’ve cut two leg holes out of an old sleeping bag )

She's ran away to start a new life. Sne left her phone and the dog's harness as sleight-of-hands, gave her dog a steak to distract it, and jumped on her new boyfriend's boat as it went past.

The police said it was a long quilted Gillet…she had a jacket under that…black jeans, green socks and green ankle length wellies from Next (I’m sure they specified Next)…a lot of clothing. If she fell in the water I reckon she would have struggled immensely.

its so sad as its probably something that has happened a thousand times the ball going into the water but on this occasion she fell in and was swept away, a freak accident that maybe at another time of day there would have been someone around who would have seen her fall just tragic

She had a complete change of clothes on, hidden and concealed by the Gillet, and a wig. When she jumped onto her new boyfriend's boat, so shed her coat and wore the wig, so she wouldn't resemble the circulating description.

I think at some point down the River
or the sea
A body will be found

Crimson Dynamo 04-02-2023 10:25 AM

Yes the Police Found out she could
and said so.

But 8 Days gone
no swimming NOW

Five unanswered questions in the disappearance of Nicola Bulley (DM):
  • What happened to Ms Bulley between 9.10am and 9.20am on the day she disappeared?
  • Did she put her phone down on the bench herself to rush to her dog's aid?
  • Why have none of Ms Bulley's possessions been found?
  • If she fell into the River Wyre, why was her dog Willow 'bone dry'?
  • If she was attempting to retrieve Willow's ball, where is it now and why hasn't it been found?

As a dive instructor for many years I can say wet clothes do not weigh you down. To do that the water within the clothes would have to be denser than the surrounding water, which of course it isn't. The wet clothes just makes it more difficult to swim ie it takes more effort !!!

it really doesn't matter what people think. They will no doubt find the body eventually, and that will be that

I've seen people accusing the husband because he didn't look upset enough when being interviewed :skull:

People are so desperate for a mystery and a TV style plot line. Occam's Razor normally applies with things like this
