Meh. No one should be denied access to high street banking because, although private companies, it is an essential much like Gas & Elec, phone contracts, broadband etc.

However beyond that, special accounts at special private banks? Capitalism would dictate that these are private businesses and it's no one's concern but their own who they choose to do business with.

I'll politely disagree.
We all know what's coming. That said, if all one reads is MSM they won't have a clue and are in for one almighty shock.

CBDC's are the future of the world or at least that's what all western elite governments seem to be excited about.
To get to a point where CBDC's can be rolled out, they need to first get rid of cash, then cause another disaster and insist we all need a digital ID.
In preparedness for this, private banks all over the country are closing their doors and making it more and more difficult to do anything other than bank online.
More and more retail businesses are going cashless, because banking their takings at the end of the day has become a fundamental problem.
More and more people, aware of what is happening to cash, are vetoing those businesses and taking their salaries out of the bank in cash, at the end of the month.

More recently they've been closing peoples accounts (without reason) and you have to ask yourself why?

I'd say, this is all part of the political agenda that's rolling out, not just here, but right across the Western world.
It has nothing to do with being Left/Right/Woke or conspirator.
