No idea!

I just quickly blow dry and then straighten the fringe and spray it and leave the house. I get showered and ready in 10 mins every day for work. Mastered it! :thumbs:

Oh and I dont know what wispy means so I just told you about how I did my hair! Hope thats alright :hug:
