Channel 4 will definitely bring the LF back before they axe the show...I hope.
|
Hmm... that's not good, which is such a shame because Big Brother can be a very enjoyable program, and this year's is showing a lot of potential, I think. But then again, were only into the first few days, and it is the weekend... so let's wait to see what the ratings are like tonight and throughout the working week.
Is there any possibility that if Big Brother does just keep going downhill from now that a bigger channel will take over? Because I'd imagine if it were on one of the bigger channels, it will be rolling in ratings. |

The Apprentice has gone straight into the second show. That's going to really effect tonight's Big Brother ratings
|
WHY IS IT DOING SOO BAD!"??
its the best series to date! |
It's not that I'm not enjoying this year's so far... I think BB 10 is showing a lot of potential... but with the viewings doing so bad, does anybody else feel as if Big Brother is just... dead?
It just feels empty when I watch it, 'coz of the ratings. |
Predictions for tonight? I think 2.4m with +1
|
Lowest ever rating for a Sunday:
Sunday 7th June 22:00- Big Brother: 1.946m Includes C4+1 |

People just don't care anymore. |
So so so so bad. So it's kinda confirmed we won't get anymore BB after BB11. :bawling:
|
It's surely because of the Apprentice.

But that's not the point. WTF were Channel 4 thinking having it on until 11:40pm. WTF have they got rid of live feed. Why would many people want to watch someone who we don't even know evicted?! |
Lmao at some of the overreactions in here. We expected it to be bad because of Apprentice.
They wont axe it midway atall, it may not be its standout programme anymore, but it's still bringing in satisfactory ratings for C4. |

Of course 2m last night is entirely to do with the live feed, not the time slot or opposition ............... |

But the trends and correlations suggest that havign no live feed is affecting the ratings as well. To what degree? We don't know. But it certainly is affecting the show, and most importantly it is ruining the viewing experience for a lot of the fans. If the fans aren't pleased with the show, then you're obviously not doing a good job (aimed at C4). |
It's absolutely terrible..:yuk:
I honestly can't see the ratings rising at all, even on eviction day.. No Live feed has meant we are only seeing the clips C4 want us to see.. If this, what we have had so far, is the "best" bits, it's absolute crap :(:( Worse even than BB8 .................. |
Lower than I expected, will be interesting to see the breakdown
For me tonight is the first show of the series in which we can analyse and judge the ratings because its a regular daily show on a weekday with no huge competition. It will be clear after tonight what the direction of the ratings will be |
I agree with Spike... we should see what the ratings are like throughout the week. They're usually not as good on weekends anyway, and with the apprentice and all... from tonight on we'll really be able to see how it's doing, I think.
|
It's not going to be much above 2m at any time now. The damage has been done - even when the bring the LF back, they've alienated too many of the hardcore fans now.

Of course competition is a factor, but not the only 1. Channel 4's incompetence is baffling. Some schoolboy errors they've been making. |

to be fair the amount of views that it is getting is still alot, i mean obviously its not as much as used to get but thats the same with most programmes, theyve got to start a slow downfall at some point, i think it will stick at these at ratings and theres nothing wrong with that, the launch show took 22% of television viewers at the 9pm slot which is still very good!
