I think the local girls will reevaluate their opinions of him after BB.

And I think there is a different type of confidence needed to go on a gameshow than there is needed for dating.

They have been good friends in there for a long time, he started to like her when he noticed that she didn't speak over him. She gave him the time to express himself.

Sam is a presumptuous little twerp. Assumes the only thing standing between them is Gina's bf.

Wasn't it only last night Gina indirectly indicated to Sam she didn't find him attractive - by saying Harry Styles wasn't good-looking. No wonder Sam looked a bit gutted.
