Commuters on rail strike line lose job offers?...I hope they sue.

Kizzy 08-12-2016 12:37 PM

er.....

Leading international UK-based banks are in advanced stages of planning to shift operations to Paris as London braces for the impact of Brexit, France's chief financial regulator has said.

Paris is among a number of European cities seeking to woo firms considering a move away from London to maintain their access to EU markets, and faces competitions from Dublin, Frankfurt and Luxembourg, among others.

It's not MY union, but I support them and if they have been fired I would urge them to take it to a tribunal.

you have to understand why the pro EU people especially the millennials want to block brexit, they have no economic reason's to stay in the EU, but what they hide very well is what they really love about the EU, many in the left-wing still want communism, marxism, socialism, to have an existence as a union, and many millennials see the EU as a big united states of europe, or as many want to have another soviet union, and europe is where it will be alive in there minds, it fits into there no nations no borders and all there culture is crushed or replaced by others from around the world, now merkel was in a number of marxist party's that where in the soviet block of east germany, and when she took power in germany and the EU, she pushed on in her dream to make the EU a soviet utopia, and then it only got worse, she pushed all nations to accept an EU army, and that army is to crush any opposition to the EU, nothing else, merkels true colours came to light with her flooding europe with refugees, and then she is turning the whole of germeny into what the old soviet east germany was like in those days, and she will be sure that her country goes back to those days, the remain group have not given a good reason why we should block brexit when countries like greece and italy are having to borrow all the time and they can't pay it back when both countries can't grow under a single currency and EU regulations,

Speculation on The Daily Politics that the government may not go for membership of the single market as that would mean free movement which the country mainly voted against. But they might just go for a clean split and then a free trade deal. That way the EU won't lose face by going against its principles and it and us benefit from a free trade deal.

Arron Banks, Ukip's biggest donor and one of the first Britons to meet Donald Trump after his election victory, has denied claims he offered a “bribe” to a major UK political party in exchange for support for his Leave.EU Brexit campaign.

The allegation was made by senior figures in the Northern Irish Democratic Unionist Party, who said Mr Banks offered them a financial sum, thought to amount to six figures, if they chose to back the Ukip dominated Leave.EU campaign, instead of its rival Vote Leave.

Well, well, well all circumstantial allegations nothing more.

So... we'll still pay, there will still be freedom of movement so employers will have their cheap labour.... so, what was brexit for again?

Getting rid of human rights wasn't it?...

Pretty much, I imagine that pesky little Human Rights investigation had a major part to play.

People will sign their lives away as long as you mention immigrants.

Kizzy 28-12-2016 03:00 PM

Yup, human rights... prisoners and immigrants can have human rights! let's be rid of them!! (small voice) 'but won't that leave the rest of us without them?'
HEY! LOOK OVER THERE... Isn't that a single parent on benefits talking to a mooslim refugee?.... disgraceful!!!

Kizzy 29-12-2016 09:55 AM

Called it!

Theresa May is planning on making the case to leave the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) a central aspect of her 2020 election campaign, according to reports.

She would reportedly plan to transfer the rights from the international body into British law, to be applied by the Supreme Court.

Ms May will be looking for a solid mandate from the British public – and a stronger majority in Parliament – to proceed with the controversial process of leaving the ECHR.

Clean Brexit for the UK

https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.e...?client=safari

The Prime Minister is due to make a keynote speech on Brexit in Lancaster House on Tuesday where she is expected to confirm that Britain will also leave the single market and customs union.

The intervention is crucial because it means the Government is committed to Britain being able to make its own trade deals, no longer be subject to the European Court of Justice and end free movement.

A source has said that she intends to go for “the full works” with Brexit and ignore pleas from bitter Remoaners, including former Tory minister Anna Soubry, Lib Dem ex-Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and former Labour leader Ed Miliband, to stay in the both the single market and customs union and be bound by Brussels rulings.

The UK is "doing great" following its vote to leave the EU, US President-elect Donald Trump has said.

In his first UK interview - with former Justice Secretary Michael Gove for the Times - Mr Trump said he thought the UK was "so smart in getting out".

Mr Trump promised a quick trade deal between the US and the UK after he takes office on Friday.
