Sounds good last time i dont that (my grandads front garden) It was summer before last and my grandad went down the shop and got me some ice cold bottles of san miguel.. bought me 4 of the 750ml bottles lol, sat and drank them in the sun and where i had been sweating etc i got quite drunk..
so my back was okay. lol!

i had ice water all day and thats it, sun was beaming down....i got burnt too :(

anyway off to bed, up to go hospital with the bro again tomorrow
