Yeah he said he never believed that Kevin would act like that (not the affair as such, the fact he still saw Molly once Sally had been diagnosed) so threatened to quit. This was before Xmas though

Yes Michael Le Vell said he would quit if they still had Kevin still cheating on Sally when she still had Cancer, as it's not in the character's morals to do that and the actors know them better than anyone else apart from the writers of course...

Read in Inside Soap that David threatens the Barlows when he hears about Tracy's plot to keep Gail in jail so she can get out early;).
