:joker:

I imagine this fair play award will be mentioned on the cover of their season review.

Locke. 02-05-2013 02:56 PM

We will be turning it down we have a more important tour to Australia planned

As well as preparing for your title winning campaign next season.

Drew. 02-05-2013 02:58 PM

if Liverpool turn it down, then which team gets it?

No, the biggest club from Manchester will be winning it again next year. There will be no stopping Roberto and Yaya.

Not sure, the second placed country in the fair play league will get offered it probably. Which at the minute is Croatia, I think.

Drew. 02-05-2013 03:01 PM

well thats stupid, now we're stuck with watching Wigan on thursdays

I doubt they'll be any stopping us, tbh.

Ashley Young will have the season of a life time.
Fletcher will be like a new signing.
Scholes and Giggs can go on for ten years.
Anderson will finally step up.
Cleverley will stop shatting his pants when it comes to passing the ball forward.

Wayne Bridge is going to be a dad again because Frankie from The Saturdays is pregnant, he shoots, he scores;):D.

John Terry the Dad. To be revealed on The Jeremy Kyle Show. Mark my words.

King Gizzard 02-05-2013 05:13 PM

isn't the fair play thing just to get put into a hat with different countries? we had that one year but didn't win in the draw, I'd assume it would go to the second most fair play team in the premier league

BBfanUSA 02-05-2013 09:26 PM

US MLS Club Portland Timbers played a scrimmage against a 8 year old cancer patient's Team. The kids won 10-9.

King Gizzard 02-05-2013 09:32 PM

that luiz goal was sensational

Novo 02-05-2013 09:37 PM

Much better in Midfield then Defence, he just seems more aware of everything around him when he's in midfield, If Chelsea and Bayern both win then the Super cup should be Amazing

King Gizzard 02-05-2013 09:40 PM

hmm didn't think of that, silver lining to Bayern winning I suppose

but English clubs don't tend to give a **** about that, can remember United Zenit then Chelsea Atletico but then again that was just due to Falcao being exceptional

Drew. 02-05-2013 09:55 PM

cant wait for saturdays championship games.. so much to be decided on the final day

King Gizzard 02-05-2013 10:02 PM

I will be glad when this season's over, short break from football then the u21's

King Gizzard 02-05-2013 10:04 PM

transfer/manager news over the summer is probably even more exciting then the football itself

Novo 02-05-2013 10:07 PM

Didn't realise that Wolves are basically as good as relegated, the Glory days of Steven Fletcher and Matt Jarvis are long gone

Brother Leon 02-05-2013 10:07 PM

A great season this has been.

Novo 02-05-2013 10:09 PM

The Race for 3rd and 4th between the London Clubs has been more interesting then the whole City and United thing has been this season :idc:

Ryan57 03-05-2013 10:06 AM

Has been a good season, if you're a United fan.

That said, be glad to see the back of this 'effin thing we call a midfield.

Edit: Just remembered, has been fantastic also that no Spanish team made it into the Champions League final.

We don't need him anyway.

:hmph:

Ryan57 03-05-2013 03:50 PM

Who am I kidding? The only advantage he has over Cesc is he is immense at passing five yards. Probably the most accurate five yard passer I've ever seen.

Ryan57 03-05-2013 03:56 PM

Drew. 03-05-2013 03:59 PM

id have Cleverley over Cesc any day...

Drew, don't make me cry. Straight swap... Wilshere for Cleverley?

Also, Jose in legendary form at his press conference today.

Quote:

Mourinho rounds on Spain's media—"Perhaps I didn't do enough but there are La Liga records that are mine and no one can take them from me"

Mourinho twists the knife into Casillas—"My biggest regret of the last 3 years? I regret that I did not go out and sign Diego López earlier"

Mourinho on infighting—"Problems manifest when certain people believe they are bigger than [the coach]…I have no problems with team players"

Mourinho—"The 3 Champions League semi finals I took Madrid to cannot be called easy considering 18 prior coaches in 21 years reached only 5"

Mourinho slips into the third person—"5 [Champions League] semi finals in 21 years. The Mourinho you label a failure managed 3 in 3 years!"

Mourinho on his title win—"This Barcelona side is the best team of the last 20-30 years and that gives even more credit to what I achieved"

Mourinho turns to one of the reporters in the room, says "Oh you want a piece of paper too?" then distributes his sheet of achievements out.

Mourinho to Madrid-leaning journalists—"You want to forget my title win? Well 20 years without a European Cup win can't be forgotten either"
Casillas one. :joker:

Drew. 03-05-2013 04:03 PM

poor Mourinho, his press conferences must be entertaining though.. he only gets asked 1 or 2 football related questions during his pre match conferences.. the rest are just media trying to put him down. Come back to England Mourinho

Ryan57 03-05-2013 04:09 PM

RVP set to change his number to 9 next season apparently. Leaving 20 for Falcao...

Brother Leon 03-05-2013 04:09 PM

Just go chill in Paris until Sir Alex tells you it's time,Jose.

Novo 03-05-2013 04:09 PM

Someone should make a Transfer Prediction thread where we all make about 30/40 transfer predictions and see who gets the most right, nothing serious or anything but it will be interesting to look back on when the transfer Window opens

Drew. 03-05-2013 04:11 PM

great idea Andy.. managers and players

Locke. 03-05-2013 04:12 PM

Go and compile a massive list of transfer rumours and get working on the thread Andy, chop chop

Would love Jose. However, I fully expect Pep 'Builds teams only on Football Manager' Guardiola to take charge.
