I agree and I think he will leave, no way will Esther keep quiet eventually she will eventually come clean and I think this would start her attempted suicide storyline because everyone is blaming her and then those closest to her would feel guilty that she did something like that;).

There are rumours because apparently the bullying gets worse and Bart/her role in the crash will come out at some point.

I have not seen the episode yet, but am expecting to go WTF because these teens are so self absorbed and inconsistent.

All the teens are written very inconsistant. Plus George has forgotten all about Phoebe it seems, it's not like she's having a good time either.
