bc she realized that L4 was using her as an extra vote and they feel like they're entitled to her vote bc they saved her Week 1. Angela, Kaycee, and Tyler shut everyone out and locked themselves in the HOH Room after the POV Meeting and then again after the house meeting, so when they finally decided to make sure that Sam was voting how they wanted her to it was super obvious.
