Cheese and avocado sandwich and some dried fruit

I'm too embarrassed to tell anybody what I've eaten today!! :laugh:

chicken, fruits...I must've had something more :conf:

Nutella on a slice of white bread
Fresh fruit salad
Smoked salmon and noodles
Lots of milk

These past few days have been really, really unhealthy. So much fried chicken and Pringles and chocolate smh

Tin of soup
Chicken bites and chips
****loads of tea

activia summer fruit yoghurt

then ive just had water, tea and orange juice to drink

Chips with garlic sauce on top
Home made vegetable soup

Just toast & a cup of tea with some biscuits. I'm ordering chinese soon because effort cooking.

Toast and peanut butter for breakfast. Went to see mum in hospital at noon. Came back to make a boeuf bourgignon pie, with mash and green beans. I do love to cook.

So far for breakfast I had the following;
A strawberry Greek yoghurt.
A medium sized banana.
A small packet of milk & cereal breakfast biscuits.
