Note, that's excluding +1 and nobody has reported on the share yet, sure we'll get both figures very soon!

Maybe it includes +1 with that figure.

mrmattybeck1 12-07-2014 12:34 PM

Being up on last weeks is the only positive really

A disaster of a rating crushed

Kai Anders 12-07-2014 01:02 PM

I called it fair in relation to the fact it is well up on the previous evictions. The fact that is managed a figure of 1.3 million is commendable considering the negativity it's getting, which doesn't help with you lot!

daniel-lewis-1985 12-07-2014 01:03 PM

It came last in its slot.

Jamesy 12-07-2014 01:04 PM

It still got a 6.2% share last night so that is "fair".

Kai Anders 12-07-2014 01:05 PM

Still up on the hundreds of other channels! **positivity**

What negativity is effecting ratings?

Who are these negative people you keep talking about who have the power to effect ratings because the press aren't reporting them and im sure our opinions aren't to blame either.

that is fair! Like I always say.. if BB performs over C5s average share it's good. It's not always about beating competition, the fact that it sometimes does is just a plus! As long as it makes money.. which of course it makes some, it's good. Last night's was 2.2% over.. okay so it's not doubled.. but it's still fair!

If the ratings were so 'unfair' I'm sure C5 or producers would go to other lengths before cutting it completely like getting rid of several workers.. they've saved several thousands of pounds annually just like that.. perhaps the show is on even later at 11pm.. the guy in charge, Ben Frow did say, they won't just end the show and have nothing to follow up.. and with the Viacom switch I doubt they'd do it now.. or Channel 5 would well and truly be destroyed for good. He said there are still a few good years in it..

It's also worth noting that although this BB is well down on what it could achieve.. CBB was well up on what everything expected.. its much more likely they'd look at an annual figure of profit, rather than seasonal.. and i estimate this year, thanks to CBB is probably one of the best profitable years for the show since moving.. let's face it BB15 is on par with BB12 and BB13, but CBB is several 100K up on the other celebrity versions!

Well when you consider that the most watched multi-channel show got 1.53 million last week, just before BB aired you'd certainly think differently if it was on at the same time.

To be fair e4 and itv2 yeah but not hundreds of multi channels cmon lol.

E4 get good ratings but defeating any of the other hundreds isn't an achievement especially when last nights highest rated multi channel only got 440k or something on BBC4.

Strange how it gets a good week but not as good eviction rating, the share is good just waiting for the +1

1.3 is the +1.
It got 1.16 without.

*mazedsalv** 12-07-2014 08:47 PM

WTF happened? What was the +1 rating? Where has the 1.3m figure come from? Thursday got 1.42m and eviction at 1.16m excluding +1? Something weird there.

it makes no sense, people wouldn't have randomly switched off after Thursday and miss a hyped eviction.

*mazedsalv** 12-07-2014 08:56 PM

Apparently, 90k on +1 so 1.25m incl +1. 2nd highest eviction, but despite that, such a shame because this week did well!

Jamesy 12-07-2014 09:12 PM

BOTS ratings will be appalling tonight. It's on at midnight till 1am, ridiculous!

*mazedsalv** 13-07-2014 10:37 AM

Only 872k excl +1, will be at around 950k with +1.

Everything was down massively last night because of the third place match, BB came 3rd in it's slot.

ITV- 7.3m
BBC1- 1.54m
CH5- 872k
BBC2- 868K
CH4- 818k

Jake. 13-07-2014 10:39 AM

Eh, not bad..

I guess when you see BBC1 performance, it's not bad. I think that's one of the lowest Saturday BBC1 9pm ratings ever.

Tonight will make CH4, CH5 and BBC2 look even worse.
