Because John is known as Colin Fishwick? And Colin Fishwick being declared dead would reveal him xD plus he's heard arguing with Fishwick and with all the bruises and **** the police would assume John did it xD

I didnt like her at first, but she's starting to grow on me

Yes, at first I found her annoying (which I suppose is why she was written that way) but now I am loving her, I hope she sticks around.

There were times where I found John to be a wimp, but since the introduction of Charlotte, she has made him more interesting as a character.
