Finding £4.39 in change under the bed from last time you rolled-in drunk, threw off the jeans and it must have rolled there

I once found about £15 in a coat pocket. Talk about chuffed. Oh and once £30 had fallen into a bag off the sideboard :D

Bad/sad story - putting on my 'funeral' black suit and finding a £20 note in top pocket. At the rememberance reception, spending it at bar and thinking "this is a free round from my Uncle George" (the previous funeral where the £20 must have been left from).

Bad story???? It made me smile thinking of George

Being met at foreign airports when feeling nervous/out-of-sorts - usually by close friends who have come to collect but once I got a "Mr Ian __________" sign held-up by driver in Mauritius

Read it in a book she left out the cheeky minx. Nothing personal, she'd left it out for us to see what phone she wanted for Xmas and to check out. When I saw that I nearly wet myself :joker:
