You simply put the names in a different order depending on each quote.

The names have clues as to which quote they match.

All their names are in the wrong order so you have to change the order of their names to match each quote.

Quote 1.:

"Now they all think I'm a pervert, because when my ship sank off the coast of Portobello, they found me in the sea clinging to the ring of an upturned bouy"

Quote 2.:
