I have been at football training for most of the weekend.. tiring and painful. What about you?

Yea Dame does sound old, I don't mind Goddess, Knightess or Lady. But only Goddess if there are others, I wouldn't be comfortable being the only one, even though it does sound nice.

Ohhh how is the football training going then Bradley?

And mine was quality, hit 170kg on deadlift my new pb then went to my mates but no one was drinking, so watched shawshank and played fifa 10.


Saturday, went to my mates for a bbq and his 18th, wasnt gunna drink last minute decided to.. first time ive drunk in 9 weeks, was a good night in the end lol.

Sounds good.

My team trained with Chelsea and fulham FC academy teams and coaches for 4 days (10hrs per day) of constant football


I trained with the same goalkeeper coach as petr cech, he was amazing...

So yeah, it went well but my legs hurt a lot
