Was in the middle of huge riots earlier on just after the Hibs Sunderland game, they came up here and done us over on our own patch a while back so we appeared to be out for revenge today and that certainly happened by the looks of it. Never seen such a large police force in my cream puff.

It's being rumoured that 2 Sunderland fans were stabbed aged around 17, pretty horrible if true. Ok the odd scraps between firms aint too bad but knifing someone over a game of football, come on.

Any amount of violence at all over eleven men trying to shepard a bit of leather into the back of a net is demonstrably indefensible and fucking stupid. I don't care how many 'it's tradition' or 'it goes with the turf' arguments one can conjure up.

Fair enough. It's a rotating circle though and will never end, one firm gets done over on their own patch then they plan to get revenge the next time, then so on, so on. If 2 groups want to fight then let them be, but leave innocent fans out of it who are there for the game.
