that is what this forum does unfortunately. Anyone who swears or abuse on any of my forums gets banned, cookie banned, MAC banned and IP banned straight away lol

Nah now I have arthritis, still curve spine (only 42 degrees now), worn disks and other stuff. Basically fooked. I take morphene though which is good for the pain :)

I too have ( havent a scooby how to spell this ,but you will know what i mean)rhuematiod arthrius (any good ?) I have accupuncture its good ,you should give it a try (sound like a right pair of creaking old swines dont we !!) but it stops me doing NOTHING !! I went on an adventure climbing jobby in Scotland last year ,Its best to keep moving

I HATED being 30 ,got well down about it, LOVED been 40 ,had a big party for my 50 !!30 is a funny age ,you feel old and your not

Sorry if I was presumptuous -- yeh, there are peaks and troughs in all our lives, I'm in a trough myself just now, like many at present...perhaps why some of us use forums! haha! But you gotta keep goin..........
