They must have powerful ankles or a rubber back.[/rquote] I have high shoes I call my 'carry me to the car shoes' because there's no way i can walk anywhere in them! They're ok to where to the pub if i dont have to walk home after![/rquote] I sometimes wonder, why don't men wear high heels, or skirts or such. Why is there such a boundary between men's and women's clothes. Not that I want to wear high heels (my lower back would crumble) but there are a lot of cultures in the world where men wear clothes like skirts. |
Men in the Kings Courts in 1700's wore high heels, hence the name court shoes! they looked a bit like this http://shoeblogs.com/consolation/wor....thumbnail.jpg, but the 1800 saw and end to flambouyant mens shoes!
|
lol.
I dislike generally anything flambouyant on men. They end up looking stupid i think. |
[rquote=2599835&tid=147679&author=30stone]lol.

Well they did all kinds of weirdness back then to put on a pose. |

Do the other one again, I'll fix it. It's the numbers at the end that need to be removed after ".jpg". |
Hey I fixed it! woohoo!
|
I think David Bowie wore ones like those unionjack ones!
|

I think people can recognise fashion because it goes with the times and what people can relate to throught the design. A lot of people get lost in that. |

Bowie was a bit of a trendsetter apparently. I still wouldn't wear them. I'd halt on most things unconventional. |
What do you think of Denim Jackets... I think they never ever go out!

[rquote=2599884&tid=147679&author=MassiveTruck]What do you think of Denim Jackets... I think they never ever go out![/rquote]
I never wear them cos I wear jeans like all the time, unless I'm wearing a dress. I really want a non-leather leather jacket for this season as leather seems to be everywhere. And I want to get some sequinny things. |

It's got a nice cut to it. As for the Denim jacket with Denim, well you could do what I do - wear a different coloured pair of jeans with the top. |
Wouldnt really wear one.
But if i did it would have to be dark like that one. Light blue looks horrible. |

I like the style that some hoodies have. |
