Still a long way to go for Hollyoaks to sort itself out but it's definetly on the up:).

HO's on the path of recovery, I've watched a full week for the first time in ages.

Loretta annoys me, her character has just wasted and this storyline has rushed written all over it. They should have tried to salvage something from the axed storyline really (but not make it about child murder obviously). I like the Costellos and I actually like Jem now as before I felt she was utterly pointless, Has it been said when the other two families are coming into it?

I can't wait for the disaster as well, I can see it being the turning point for Hollyoaks.

The Sharpes turn up again in August I think, makes sense so that the audience can get used to one family first instead of having them all there at the same time:).

Yes, I must admit I thought she was a pointless character, I like her connection to the Costellos, I wonder what really happened between her and her dad.

I watched the last 15 mins of this Monday episode on E4, it does look good. I actually do like Psycho Loretta but dunno how long it will go on for. She needs to act more cold though! Might start watching fully again

She leaves this week but I don't know what happens after that. Zak, Kris and Jake leave the week after.

Will watch that, and a lot of good ones leaving really. But guess there is not much they can do with them now.

Kris could have left ages ago but Gerard McCarthy was persuaded to stay on longer for the Malachy storyline and now he wants to do Musical Theatre.. he said that he would definetly return to the Oaks in the future;):).

Im also enjoying the lorreta stroyline, shame she got intresting towards the end, Im angry at the change of personaitly, same with des being racist?

Shame her orignal storyline was scrapped, would of be great

I loved Clare.. her last return really was pathetic and Lucy Allan ruined it:bawling:. She could cause trouble for all the new characters LOL, they need a bad girl!.

I say keep Claire out of it, she had a perfect exit a few years ago and they ruined it with her coming back to kill Warren.

I must say I dislike the new familys sons (jems brothers), they seem useless. I love the model girl who came into it as well.

And..... I am ashamed to say this... Im thoguht duncan was quite funny this week.

Never liked Des either, and making him randomly racist is pretty pointless.

I can't stand Des and Duncan either, although I think Des leaves with Kris and Zak and Jake leaves separately now:conf:.

They totally changed his character around. It was as if they had to quickly write some random story building up to his exit.
