I don't know much about him to be honest as I don't follow Ligue 1 at all but these French players are sounding alright. Hopefully a new crop of talent in France, they need it.

I don't think Defoe should go to Newcastle.. IMO they should try and look for a future England young striker to develop but buy 1 or 2 experienced players as more back up.

I would say a move to Villa for Bamba would be punching a bit above his weight, I can't see him going much further than the Championship. He's too prone to the odd mistake now and then, he will also pretty unloyal to us missing training/coming back late when with the Ivory Coast squad.

I heard we were after Daniel Sturridge, would be a great signing IMO.
