Not fully explained yet, but the gist of it is that Anton and Jay got the most nominations and were taken by Big Brother to a crypt away from the other housemates were they get to watch them and try to scare them for a task. They also get to change nominations somehow, but what they get to do hasn't been explained yet.

Honestly, I don't mind the twist, as it makes things more exciting. Anton v.s. Jay is boring and predictable.

I've never met him, i don't like him. Although he is interesting & needs to stay for a few weeks while bores (Louise,Jay,Jem&Tom leave)
